1%で止まる理由は、新しい変換後のVMから変換元のマシンが見れないからでした。
ファイヤウォールの設定ミスです。
変換後のVMのネットワークのことをちゃんと考えておく必要があります。
DHCPにするのかアドレスを振るのかどちらかをきっちりしないといけないようです。
